ABSOLUTELY AMAZING - would highly recommend. We used Holbrook Moran recently to sell our house. Right from the start they were clearly well ahead of the competition. We had a few valuations, but Simon at Holbrook Moran valued it the highest and had a very clear plan of how / when to market to achieve the most interest. We used the additional photo package which we felt was definitely worth the money. Holbrook Moran worked around us with viewings and appointments and made everything straightforward and easy. They achieved well over asking price, but unfortunately our buyers messed us around and eventually pulled out. Trying to hang onto our onward purchase, Holbrook Moran team were AMAZING and managed to get it straight back on the market within a few hours, and booked a full set of viewings for the end of that week, squeezing us in because they understood the urgency. The second offer was higher again and the team kept us informed at every stage. We had an absolute nightmare with various solicitors, and miscommunication from them, but Holbrook Moran helped us at every stage. They went above and beyond to call solicitors, agents and the buyers themselves and chase as needed, and get to the bottom of what was going on. I honestly think without Holbrook Moran I would have lost my mind, and potentially the sale, and they provided so much support throughout that we cannot thank them enough. I would recommend them to everyone (and already have passed on their details to others). We are so grateful to the team for keeping the sale on track and negotiating all the problems we had. The achieved great results, couldn’t have been more helpful and couldn’t have worked harder. They know the area really well, and seem to achieve the highest results locally, so well worth calling them for a chat if you’re thinking of selling. Exceptional service! I highly recommend the redfield office. Hollie was an absolute pleasure throughout my sale she made me feel very relaxed despite some issues due to a buyer.
