Google13 weeks on the market and they did not arrange 1 viewing. They allowed me to get another agency on board for single agency fee which was a positive. They went downhill when they reduced my property in price without asking me and without me instructing them to. They tried to blame this on me and became argumentative. I then had an email apologising 2 days later for their correspondence. After this I gave them a 1 star review, they sent me an email telling me to remove my review or reconsider the rating. I would not use again in future. For buying or selling.

GoogleProbably the worst letting agents I've ever used. Let us a house with loads of problems. We didn't have hot water or a bathroom door for the first 2 months and most of our emails were ignored or brushed off. The whole house was finished to a very poor standard where lots of things didn't fit or work. There was next to no empathy expressed by Holbrook Moran and we were often ignored. Would sooner live in a doorway than pay them.
