In April 2014.Dean was the last of four local estate agents to value my property in St George. He made an instant impression on my wife and I. He is friendly, professional, and clearly loves his job. Without any pressure he gave his honest advice and opinion as to the best course of action in our circumstances. He explained the selling and renting options fully to us. We decided to sell, and for us, Dean was the only choice. He also offered an excellent deal, but more importantly, with his market knowledge, was confident in selling our property. Lee then took a set of excellent photographs which were on the national websites later that day, and then an open day was arranged which was well attended. Within three days offers were made, and Dean negotiated the best price on my behalf, keeping me fully informed, and providing advice from his vast experience. During the period between formal offer and completion, Dean acted as an excellent mediator and smoothed out any potential “deal breakers” from both sides All the staff in the office were always friendly and repeatedly sorted any concerns, however trivial. I have already recommended Dean and his team to a number of friends The new owner has opted to rent out my old property using Dean and his team, no doubt as a result of their success and professionalism in the sale of It.! The service I received from Dean Welch and Leigh Messenger at Holbrook Moran was absolutely second to none. From the initial visit, valuation and agreement of terms for the sale of my property, right through to completion, I witnessed nothing but total professionalism. And, the house details were widely marketed and the for sale sign erected the very next morning! 15 viewings were arranged for the Open Day the following Saturday and by Tuesday I had received 5 offers! In addition Leigh is and was a real solutions person whenever I sought her advice given that house moving can be one rollercoaster of an experience! I totally rate Holrook Moran and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking to buy and sell. Leigh also arranged indepent mortgage advice for my son, which helped him enormously. Thank you Holdbook Moran.

I asked the usual amount of estate agents to value my property in January 2014 and I am so glad I chose Holbrook Moran at Redfield to proceed with the sale. From the moment I met Dean and his staff I felt confident in their professional approach. We discussed valuation and how to sell the property and I found Dean full of ideas on how to get the best result. They then took some amazing photographs and sold my house within a few days, at a great price. The whole process after progressed in an easy and straightforward way. Holbrook Moran Letting agents are absolutely incompetent. Here is my experience: I phone to view a property that I saw on rightmove. Lady took my details explained that they had to give tenants 48 hours notice and booked me in and gave me a time/date. My partner took time off of work and we arrived at the property on time. 15 minutes later, no letting agent. I phoned office who put me on hold and checked colleagues diary. Apparently she phoned me to cancel as they don't have the keys for this property yet!!!!!!! Why book someone in to view if you don't have the keys. Also whilst speaking to (Dean) he said he would get (Jeanene) to phone me back to explain. I had no voice mail or text message on my phone. I am so mad, I am not a mind reader and a simple 10 second call would have saved me and my partner a lot of unnecessary travel and time wasted. This is very bad customer service and personally I would never ever use this letting agent. Jeanene never phoned me back either and to be honest I cannot be bothered to waste my time or energy as there are plenty of professional letting agents out there. HOLBROOK MORAN YOU SUCK!!!!!!!!!!

I spent 6 months trying to buy a house and dealt with most other estate agents in Bristol who were extremely hard work. All others tried to sell you anything and would play you off each other and just lie through their teeth. We bought a buy to let house through Holbrook Moran who then managed the let for several years before we sold the property through them as well. With Mandy leading the lettings team and Ryan running the sale we felt in the best of hands. We always felt that our tenants did too, which was important to us. We cannot recommend Holbrook highly enough.
