GoogleDo not rent with this agency, especially if managed by them. We were living in a house in Bristol for 1.5 years during lockdown. The house had so many problems such as mice (never resolved), a big leak, windows that didn’t close (was never resolved), doors that didn’t close, telecommunication lines were broken, and the place was disgustingly dirty when we moved in, there were rusty sharps in the garden (so dangerous and we had to clear it ourselves)... They didn’t reply to the emails or only replied answering back to one of the complaints and ignoring the rest. I wouldn’t wish it to my worst enemy
