I have rented out a property I own through Holbrook Moran for over 16 years, and received excellent service from Mandy Stokes, and so recently when I decided to sell the property I chose to use their sales division to put the property on the market. I live abroad, and so things got complicated with time differences and paperwork having to be sent by email etc, but Simon Angell and team were responsive and professional throughout. He was knowledgeable and prompt, and had 17 viewings booked in 24 hours of listing the house. The house sold in 3 days! Simon also acted as go-between between us and the buyers as the searches and contracts process dragged on after the sale was agreed, and kept me informed at all times. He even arranged for someone to go and pick up the mail and scan any bills so that I could pay them from abroad while the property was vacant! I purchased my first home through Holbrook Moran and from viewing through to completion Ryan and the team were communicative and professional. After having a slightly traumatic experience with a different estate agent and accompanying purchase collapsing I was a nervous buyer. Absolutely first class service from Ryan and the team at Holbrook Moran in selling our house. We were confident that they would do a good job as we'd already bought from them and had a good experience, but what raised the bar massively, and increased the potential stress tenfold, is that we've sold our house while living in Australia. They handled the time differences, the liaising with our solicitors and the buyer solicitors, as well as the general flow of information, impeccably, with the professionalism necessary but with good humour too.
