This is the first time I'd sold a house and had heard the horror stories about estate agents from friends and family, however, the team at HM in Redfield, especially Ryan were fantastic from our first engagement! From the very first meeting with Ryan (after having met several other estate agents), I was confident that Ryan and the team would deliver everything that was discussed and they did that as well as going above and beyond to assist me with my onward purchase offering me advice and support throughout the process. Even when Ryan was out of the office, his colleagues, including Simon were knowledgeable about my case and on hand to provide the same support. This was great and a little unexpected as often when someone is absent from work, it has to wait until they return which is not what you want to hear when the pressure of stamp duty holiday ending loomed! Definitely a pleasant surprise! Having been able to have open and honest discussions with Ryan from the outset and asking for him to take complete control of everything was such a relief as it took the pressure off worrying about what I might need to do or organise whilst working a full time job and carrying out the buying and selling process solo. Communication was excellent at every stage and there was never a moment where I didn't feel like I didn't know what was going on and this continued right up until I put my keys back through my front door and went on to pick up my new keys. What was invaluable was the extra support during the communications with the solicitors and my buyers, and although it was a stressful experience, it was definitely less stressful than I had anticipated thanks to Ryan and the team at HM Redfield and I would recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home in the future! I have bought and sold a lot of houses in my time, and Holbrook Moran Redfield is the best estate agent I have ever come across. Ryan valued the house and gave honest and realistic advice about value, expectations and how best to market the property to get the best price. Within 3 days of marketing, 15 buyers were lined up to view and the next day we received several over asking price offers. Once the sale was agreed, Sophia was brilliant. We were kept informed along the way, and Sophia was happy to chase buyer and solicitors to update us when necessary. I cannot thank the whole team at HM Redfield enough, i was being made homeless through landlord wanting to sell his property, Amanda advised me on every step I needed to take and really took the weight off my shoulders looking for properties that was suitable for me with being a single mum and needing to stay in the area for work commitments and family support. I was shown around and they made sure the property was clean for our new chapter! We are now one week in and settled in a lovely home. All the staff really looked after me, greeted me with a smile anytime I entered the office, answered any questions I had and they genuinely wanted to help in anyway they could.
