GoogleAVOID at any cost! Absolutely unprofessional, misleading, awful customer service. Was chasing them on the daily basis and always got some silly excuses. For 6 weeks they was lying about of process of new tenant application. I lost money because of them. Another estate agent found suitable tenant in 2 days. Not worth the money at all. Avoid!

GoogleRented in Redditch (Chaceley Properties through Vizors), issues over the time of tenancy ranged as follows 1. The letting agents gave their contractor keys to my property without being accompanied or having been given permission. 2. The parking was poorly managed (Instruction issued where to park but not enforced) 3. When asked failed to provide location of water meters (3 times), stating they didn't even know there were any to my property?. 4. Unfair and excessive charges levied on termination of lease The Vizors team and in particular the (so called) lettings director were a shambles

GoogleSam and Liz were amazing at dealing with our chain and progressing things through for an efficient transaction. 100% would recommend!

GoogleThe team at Vizors has greatly changed over the nearly 10yrs I've been a tennant with them, changed for the better! Chloe &Kerry are stand out brilliant people, offering support, help and advice during my last 6 weeks in a property. Their open communication and positive attitudes throughout has really turned the agency and my opinion around, I wish I was still with them! A thoroughly deserved 5 star review.
