We have sold our house with Vizors agency. We were not sure at the beginning of the process as a lot of people told us they only small agency and havent possibly got as many clients and interest as other, bigger agencies. Whatsoever We are glad we have put our property on the market with Vizors Agency. We had quick response to every query and question. Any support we needed they were always there for us. We have always been updated with process of sale. Nothing was to much. People working there always happy to help. I must honestly say they are brilliant and doing great job. Vizors Estate agents, I can't rate them enough. I have just completed the sale of a property due to sad circumstances, and the team at vizors were brilliant. From day one they had viewings, and I was always kept informed by Alfie, who is always friendly and cheerful on the phone. Nigel who viewed and valued the house got it just right, and nothing was to much trouble and answered all my questions. Loren always kept me informed about the viewings and feed back and sale of the property. I have used Vizors twice now to sell a property. Once in 2020 and just recently 21/22. Both times the property has sold within days of going on the market. The asking price was achieved on the first sale and the second property for more than the asking price. Complete service from start to finish from the team. I would recommend Vizors and use them again in the future if required.

On this occasion matters were dealt with by Lauren and Tracey who were very good at managing at times a difficult situation. Although Alfie wasn't dealing with my transaction, it always helps when someone answers the phone cheerfully and try's to help where possible. Me and my partner have had nothing but amazing service from the vizors team, when we moved in we quickly realised that I had became pregnant as we were renting a one bedroom flat i was really nervous to tell them that were soon going to have a baby and maybe we wouldn't be able to stay there for much longer. But they had nothing but kind words to say and were very supportive of the fact that we could stay as long as we needed to, we've finally managed to find a property that suits us and our son after almost 3 years of being with them. Any problems we had during those years they have fixed straight away and always been really communicative with us about if the job was done and if there was anything else we needed help with. This was our first home and I couldn't of picked a better estate agents to go with. The whole team are so lovely and I will be forever grateful for how patient they were with us regarding everything. Can not thank them enough and I can not reccomend them enough! Absolutely smashing company! And they should be very proud!

So though this has possibly been the worst most stressful thing i have ever had to do (due to extenuating circumstances outside of ours and Vizors control) the whole experience has been made bearable by Vizors and in particular the amazing Lauren!!! We sold our house through Vizors and we couldn't recommend them enough! Sam came out to value our house and I was so impressed with her organisation and preparation for the valuation. Lauren then handled the appointments and viewings and the whole time provided a friendly yet professional approach that put us at ease the whole time. We had several offers on our property before accepting an offer within just 5 weeks of being on the market. The sale then completed after an additional 7 weeks with the help of Liz keeping things moving. The whole time we felt updated and kept in the loop of our sale. Our first dealing with Vizors was 10 years ago when we purchased the house we are currently living in. Vizors listened to what we wanted in a property and they were quick to organise a viewing with Helen. We happily lived here for a decade when we decided to move again. We were so impressed with the service that Vizors provided the first time we bought a property that there was no other estate agent we would go with. We contacted Vizors thinking that they wouldn't remember us but we were surprised to find Helen still working there and remembered selling us our first house! Vizors have once again excelled themselves and provided a service which is friendly and professional. They have answered any questions we have had promptly and put us in touch with a mortgage advisor and solicitors. They guided us through the process and were happy to help every step of the way, advising us on how we could improve our property for viewings. We were so impressed with Vizors that when our neighbours said they were going to move, we recommended they use Vizors. Two days later they were sold for asking price!
