Cannot speak highly enough of the team at Vizors! Alfie, Lauren, Nigel and Mark have been brilliant, professional and kept us advised of all the developments while we've been selling our house! I'd really recommend them to anybody wanting to sell their property in the Bromsgrove and Redditch area!"PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We have recently purchased our first house using Vizors and it was a brilliant experience .Every member of staff there were so helpful and friendly. Special mentions must go to both Chris'. They both kept in frequent contact with me throughout the whole process, and again afterwards. I highly recommend and a very deserving 5 star review. Thanks all!!

This company is nothing but professional. Mark did the appraisal with short notice and I sure that Vizors was the company to sell my property. He is very aware of the local market. The property was marketed and sold within a week. I have been kept up to date, and we completed with no hitches. First rate excellent service.

I recently sold my property through Vizors, the service was excellent at a time when the market was particularly difficult - they event got me some free publicity. I found all the team easy to deal with, professional and understanding of my frustration with some of the legal aspects! I would thoroughly recommend Vizors - you are in safe hands.

Vizors took over as estate agents on a property I was renting in the Redditch area - they were a significant improvement on the previous estate agent! All of the staff were kind, friendly and helpful and they were always quick to resolve any issues I had.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Vizors lettings are excellent. I have several rental properties fully managed by Vizors. The lettings team are professional and friendly. Their local knowledge is exceptional, and they are quick to help with anything, including any advice for future rental properties. I would recommend Vizors lettings to any other landlord requiring letting services.

Kerry found me a new tenant, at an increased rent , who moved in the day after the previous tenant vacated the property. The whole process was managed professionally and in a friendly manner. I have no problem in giving them 10/10 and thoroughly recommending their service. Well done all *****

Was interested in 2 properties one in winyates and one in Greenlands we missed out on both of these properties due vizors failing to contact me back about these properties. I emailed 3 times on both and also phoned up about the 2nd property to be told I would get a call back never did. We went into the store and was told the Greenlands one was gone and then took my details again to ring me later to discuss. Again I have still not heard anything back. Such as shame as both of the places we really loved such a shame that lack of communication is what has made me put this review.
