Myself and my partner have just secured a property let through Vizors, the team are all absolutely wonderful! They are all so kind and helpful; Samantha was particularly helpful for us and honestly could not do enough for us! Lots of too-ing and fro-ing to the landlords, but she was always more than happy to help us out and get things sorted for us - absolutely 10/10 customer service and the biggest thank you in the world to her, and the rest of the team, for getting our application sorted!

I would wholeheartedly recommend Vizors as agents when selling a house. I was in the position of needing to sell my Mother's house as part of her estate. Having had market valuations undertaken, I felt that Mark at Vizors was not only knowledgeable and transparent but also that his valuation was the closest to what I had estimated it should be. It was a few months later that I had to decide upon an estate agent and I chose Vizors based on the above and also because they did not repeatedly call me as other estate agents had. The process once we agreed for Vizors to manage the selling of the house was smooth. Both Lauren and Harriet kept in contact with me about viewings. All three of them took the time to learn about the house and undertook the viewings on my behalf. They gave us feedback from the potential buyers. Once the sale was agreed within a month of the house going on the market, they kept me up to date with how the process was going. They were very polite, courteous and responsive to any queries I had. Mark, Lauren and Harriet make a great team and from my experience as a seller, they made this process very easy for me. If I was ever in a position to sell another property in Redditch again, they would definitely be my first port of call. Thank you again, Mark, Lauren and Harriet!

As a first time Landlord looking for property management it felt like a minefield, I needed full management but wanted a personal touch, not just your run of the mill agents pushing for properties, and constantly pestering you with phone calls not once did I have this experience with Vizors. I wanted to make my own choices and not just “be sold to” I went through many different estate agent reviews and had received too many phone calls from other agents, I felt quite overwhelmed by the whole process, until I came across Vizors Redditch, I made the first point of contact after reading through all the reviews and then speaking with Sam, it felt right from the start when you know, you know! I felt like they had that personal touch aligned with professionalism and perfectly balanced, I really wanted the right agents who was right for my property but that they would equally care for the tenants, not just myself as the landlord. I couldn’t recommend Sam highly enough her communication is on point, she’s friendly and approachable, always maintaining her level of professionalism and expertise in this field, she is knowledgeable and available for advice when or if needed. Sam is contactable and if busy she will always return your call, makes time for you to make sure everything is kept consistent leaving both tenant and landlord happy, Sam also gives feedback when needed. She went out of her way to make sure we that we found the right tenants suitable for my property taking out the stress and anxiety, Sam went above and beyond her role and gave up her own time for this. As someone who struggles with health and anxiety and this being new to me Vizors have really been there, full management was always the only way forward, Sam has been kind and considerate and from time to time will just check in, she has gone out of her way to make sure that anything to do with my property is run through her first so she can minimise any stressors should it crop up, fortunately so far so good! She also went to great lengths to make sure the tenants for my property were a right fit for them and myself for a long term let. Sharaine is also great often very busy, but very understanding of personal circumstances, she made sure Sam was appointed as my contact rather than having to deal with multiple members of the team. I’ve been able to build a good rapport with Sam and It’s kept a well maintained balance, it really has made a big difference. I’ve been able to build trust in Vizors in going through this process, Sam has 100 % delivered in every way. I could not thank Vizors enough especially Sam as she is my main contact, thank you Sam for your continued support. I cannot speak highly enough of Vizors Estate Agents. From first contact, through to completion they have been amazing. The initial visit to talk through putting a property up for sale was superb, as I was a first time seller, selling on behalf of a relative as an attorney. Mark was superb, talking me through the process, pricing, and lots of useful information about how it would be marketed, and the role I would play, as I wasn’t the home owner. Lauren and Harriet were both great during the viewing and selling process. Constant communication via texts, emails and calls to keep me informed throughout, highlighting where I might need to do something, but mostly to keep me up to speed with the process. The support extending through an initial sale that fell through, with a speedy re-advertising process, and securing a second buyer in a short time, which was really appreciated. They also put me in touch with a great solicitor firm for my conveyancing needs, who were equally superb, meaning everything ran smoothly. It’s fortunate that we have found VIZORS when we have been desperately looking for a house in the town of Redditch. I came across Vizor Estate Agents on the 25th of October 2023. I was just coming out of a viewing from a competitive Estate Agent. I was already feeling down, but I was down and out coming from that particular viewing!! Then as I looked across the road from where I was standing, I saw the vizor sign, and thought what have I got to loose, it was the end of the day, so nobody had to see me really, I didn't have an appointment I literally just walked into the office, it was so warm and so was the welcome from Samantha Colquhoun: Sam listened to my story she actually seen me, for me. We chatted for some time, I'm sure I made her late, she stated that she will help me find a property, and that is exactly what she did. Since the day I walked into the office, Sam and her colleagues have become more like friends, I've been in the office a couple of times now and have witnessed the close community that they all have with the other tenants that rent property from Vizors, such a warm family feeling, I feel safe already and I haven't moved in yet.
