Due to a run of cowboy landlords, I have extensive experience with most of the estate agents within Redditch, and none come anywhere close to Vizors. Vizors are truly the only estate agents I can trust to keep to their word, and I truly believe they have my best interest at heart as a tenant. The response time within the team is exceptional, with Samantha consistently responding to maintenance emails within hours and reliably relaying information to our landlord (this is unfortunately quite rare in my experience with estate agents). Sukanya is always an absolute joy when making property visits, which ordinarily can feel like an invasion of privacy. I can very genuinely say I've never had anything but good experience with Vizors. Sam and Sukanya are absolute stars, managing to always be empathetic and personable without losing professionalism.

I want to say a big thank you to Samantha Colquhoun and Sukanya Chanjamfa. Samantha did everything she could to find me a beautiful home for me and my baby daughter where we have been very happy. The thought of moving house as a newly single mom was very daunting for me but Samantha and Sukanaya made the process as easy as they could for me and catered for all my needs. The initial call I had with Alfie was friendly and welcoming, and the valuation appointment with Lauren was great. She had clearly done her research and come to the appointment well prepared. There were delays due to the solicitors but Vizors were always happy to help chase this up on our behalf and keep us updated which was a massive help. We used Vizors for our house move in 2020 and largely dealt with Lauren. They dealt with the sale but also liaised with the others in the chain to ensure the move went though. We had various problems (no fault of ours or vizors) with the move and in reality, if it wasn't for Lauren being on their case and chasing solicitors day in day out I honestly don't think the move would have happened! We were kept informed with daily emails or phone calls so we knew exactly where we were or what we had to do All in all, great serviceaand I would definitly use them. Liz, Lauren and Sam are the staff I dealt with the most, i believe Chris showed us around the property we eventually bought. All I can say is how great they have all been, from the initial house tour, all the way to completion. The house tour was carried out professionally, Chris and Lauren answered all questions honestly and were always friendly and helpful. Liz I spoke to nearly everyday throughout the whole process and she was a star, always keeping pressure on the Solicitors (which often need a kick up the bum) and always willing to help out with anything needed in regards to chasing fees, or keeping communication flowing between sellar and purchaser. Whenever Liz wasnt there, Sam and Lauren was there to deal with any queries quickly and efficiently. All emails and phone calls were answered quickly. Always so friendly and professional. Buying a house is very stressful for both parties involved, but it was made so much easier having these guys on board to help whenever needed. I always got the feeling they genuinely wanted to help from start to finish. All very genuine lovely people. Well done guys and thanks a million!!!

We used Vizors on recommendation and Sam came out to see us and explained the whole process from start to finish and was very friendly and polite and easy to get on with. We signed up and before it even went on the market they had someone in mind who viewed the property and we sold before it had even gone up for sale. We dealt with Lauren as our point of contact and again she was friendly and knowledgeable and guided us through the process.We had a difficult purchase and although it wasn't through Vizors they were keen to help in anyway they could to try and get the issue resolved so that we could complete on our sale with reassurance from both Sam and Lauren throughout. We bought our beautiful new home from Vizors. Lauren was with us from beginning to end. She showed us around the house and did so with professionalism, humour and great knowledge of the property. During the after sales process she was pivotal in keeping us sane! Solicitors weren’t being what they could have been so she stepped in and bridged the gap. On the day of completion, she kept us up to date with the money transfers and was straight on the phone at midday to say the transfer had gone through the keys were ready, perfect timing too as we’d just finished loading the van! We were so happy that it was Lauren who was there to hand us the keys as it really rounded off our experience perfectly!
