Vizors are outstanding, its that simple. As our property was slightly out of their main area, we decided to go with a local estate agent too. The difference in the level of communication, market knowledge and the culture of their staff compared to the local estate agent wasn’t even worth comparing. They are proactive and keep you up to date with every element of the sale process and in particular, Liz was an absolute superstar in closing down the chain to make sure our sale completed. They truly do care about their customers and the overall service they provide is absolute value for money.

Vizors have been absolutely amazing with trying to find us our first home!! A particular mention to Chris as he has been dealing with us. I told him exactly what me & my partner were looking for (We are pretty fussy!). He listened & contacted me when he felt he had found a house that matched our requirements. Not even just for that, Chris always called to catch up to check how the house search was going & was adamant & so determined he would find us somewhere! And he has... and it's EVERYTHING I told him we wanted! Vizors do actually build a customer relationship with you, they CARE about you & what you want, & they DO NOT give up!! Just a quick feedback about Vizors Estate Agents. Being someone who likes to move house every 2 years I have used a number of different agents over the years. What can I say but well done to Mark and his team. We have used several Estate Agents in the area but these Guys really stand head and shoulders above them all. We had more viewings in a week than we had in 3 months with others. Very professional team who respect your property when doing viewings. A very big thank you to Scott and Lauren who were always just a call away for advice. Mark Wainwright is one of the most professional people I've met and always managed to be positive and reassuring. One word of caution though, his jokes are a bit ancient lol. We would definitely recommend Vizors to anyone wanting a personal, professional service tailored to your own needs. We will be using them again.

We complete various maintenance and testing works with Vizors. Sam is great at providing us with all the information we need to complete work and helps with tenant access as required. As an ex estate agent when we decide to move I knew the sort of agent I wanted contacted a few but Vizors stood out head and shoulders above the rest and Mark is extremely knowledgable and gave a honest view of our property and it's marketability. After reading the negative review below, I felt I had to offer my opinion on Vizors estate agent as it is the polar opposite, I cant speak highly enough of Mark and the team. We recently decided to sell our apartment but were unsure of the entire process, value and generally how to get started. We asked 4 agents to visit and advise us, one was rubbish, 2 were perfectly fine and then Mark at Vizors stood out completely. During the initial valuation he took his time to appreciate the property, looking around at the small details and then explaining his justification for his valuation. Their fee was not the cheapest but we felt we would get much more value from Vizors and instructed them to sell the apartment for us. A return visit was booked for the next day to take photos etc, but at the same time Vizors had arranged a viewing as well. The viewing was at 1pm on a Saturday, Mark attended the viewing on our behalf as we couldnt be in, 2pm Mark called us with an offer for just £500 short of our asking price, which we accepted there and then allowing us to start a serious search for our new home. Selling our apartment in less than 24 hours was awesome, but the bigger benefit I felt was the regular updates, support and general assistance from accepting the offer through to exchanging contracts, I couldn't have asked for any more from the team at Vizors! I can say now that any future house moves will be going through Vizors!

I have had enquire to rent for 2 properties on both occasions when I mention that I have a 4 years old dog I have been told that landlord won't accept a dog I did offer to pay more deposit ,rent etc and have been told that they will speak to landlord and will get back to me in couple of minutes. of course I have had never heard from them since can you add it clearly in to your listing that pets are no allowed !!! but they can reply to my review in 17 minutes.

We have been scammed by the previous letting agency we went with. When we need to find another house to rent, we found Vizor and it was such a huge difference this has made for our little family. The viewing has been smooth we never felt rushed to pay the fees unlike the other letting agency that only gave us 30 mins to transfer the holding fee to secure the house. Georgia the estate agent that assisted us from viewing the property to signing the tenancy agreement has been wonderful. She went above and beyond to help us secure the rental, and make sure that the house is ready and spotless before we move in. We are happy and satisfied with vizor. If we could give more than 5 stars we would.
