Vizors are the best estate agents in Redditch. I have purchased and sold 5 different properties through them over the years and I must say they exceeded my expectations every single time. I find them very professional, understanding and most importantly accommodating. They have also been taking care of some of my properties for letting as fully managed and the service I received from them was excellent and tailor made to my needs. Lauren in sales is very knowledgeable and experienced person, she knows more than solicitors in my opinion when it comes to buying and selling. Samantha in letting is equally great, kind and very understanding. Together they make a very good team and great asset to Vizors. I’d very highly recommend Vizors if you need to buy, sell or let a property in Redditch area. You will never be disappointed in any way at all!

Awful, don’t answer their phone, don’t call back - when we did view a property (on Saturday), we were told to call to make an application on the Monday, submitted the application on Tuesday morning and it was gone by Tuesday lunch time. What planet do these people live one to think busy working people are able to do all that so quickly and still earn enough to afford the rent? Poor business but I’m sure they will still keeping robbing us peasants

We mostly dealt with Chris who was a pleasure, but when he wasn't about the other staff were always helpful and always got back to us. Don’t use if you want to get the best price for your house sale. When we tried to make an offer on a place that we had viewed. It was when the guy told us they were next open and when we could make an offer. Somehow the people who had viewed just before us had put an offer in even though the place was closed and these people didn’t even call us to ask if we were going to make an offer. They would not then pass our offer onto the owners. When I looked what the property had been sold for it was a lot less than our offer. The house had been on the market ages. Surprise surprise the. House went back on the market for more money with vizors several months later.

I own my own home between two properties which Vizors manage the letting of. My property has had damage to it due the guttering from one of these properties coming down and taking mine with it. I called Vizors and after finally getting a response after several calls over a couple of weeks, I agreed to buy new facias so they could get new guttering put up. We left this is in 'the capable hands of Vizors' to sort. All was well for a few days until it started to rain, my partner noticed a waterfall of water falling from the downpipe connector to the guttering, he looked up and saw that this connector did not fit properly and was held together with electrical tape. (Marvellous contractor you have there Vizors) I have called several times and was told the contractor would come out to have a look. This has not happened, we are now going to have to pay to sort this out ourselves. This is an absolute disgrace and an awful service from a supposedly reputable company. I was also going to use Vizors to rent out my property as we now own two but I definitely will not be this doing now. Shame on you Vizors.

I cannot thank Vizors enough for the entire process of selling my home! I met with 3 agents in total and Lauren (by far) had clearly done her research. She valued my house 20k over the other agents but had the proof of local sales to show why. She also took the time to get to know me and the reason for my sale which the other agents did not. We achieved the price I was hoping for as well, a price the other 2 agents quite literally laughed at. Each time I called to speak with Lauren or Alfie they knew exactly who was calling and the whole process just felt that much more personable and easy. I was unsure whether to go with a smaller company at first but the personal service is unparalleled. They genuinely know each and every one of their clients and you aren’t just a number to them. Nothing was too much for Lauren, she even gave impartial advice on what I was looking at to buy to incredible detail. This was my first time selling a house and I was quite nervous as to how stressful this may be but the team took all the stress out of it. I genuinely cannot recommend this team more, they clearly love their job and it shows with all of the effort and time they have given me to sell my home. Thank you!
