Thank you to everyone at Vizors. Glenn was the 1st person we met at our home when we were thinking of selling our home back in October 2017. Our circumstances meant that we didn't decide to move for 5 months but we knew that when the time was right, we wouldn't need to get a second agent to value our home. We got back in touch with Glenn, who came out to sort the paperwork out and measure up. He had 2 potential buyers to view as he was still measuring up! The 1st couple offered the asking price within 45 minutes, so what an excellent match Vizors did there! We didn't have to show anyone else around after that as they managed our new buyers expectations all the way. The last 2 weeks of the process were stressful due to various checks mis-communicated by our solicitors & some minor errors along the chain, but Sam (Vizors manager) took the bull by the horns and focused on ensuring contracts were exchanged promptly by escalating issues with our Mortgage broker, company and solicitors on all sides. On the day of completion more obstacles were thrown at us meaning that the funds from the bottom of the chain up, got held up and there was a period of several hours wondering if we were even going to be in our new home! Sam and Lauren kept the lines of communication strong between all parties and reassured us it would happen. We would recommend Vizors to anyone wanting to sell their home as they are client focused and really care about providing a friendly professional service. Helen & George Molloy

Very efficient, careful, considerate, competent calm and prompt. Resolves issues without any histrionics in a opractical way and considers the various aspects of concerns and issues [if any] on both sides - tenant and landlord. Looks after a port folio of properties. I would also like to commend Chris Taggert with whom I have experienced a great professional service, good knowledge, versatile and pleasant and proactive. Hi, I called Visors to get a quote on my house, when they turned up, on time I was very happy how they explained everything, and decided to put my house up for sale with them. The house was only on the market for a week, before it sold. I was moved within 7 weeks, they arranged everything for me including a solicitor, if I had any questions or paper work, that I needed help with they were their for me, Visors made my total experience of selling my house stress free, thanks to Mark and his team, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a stress free experience.

We used Vizors to let out or home whilst we temporarily relocated our family. Throughout the rental process Charles and his team were friendly and supported us. Later when we decided to sell our property and there was never any doubt who we wanted to be our agents for the process. The team provided regular feedback and continued to provide updates as to how the process was going, this was especially important given that we lived over 300 miles from home! Vizors have been in the property business for a long time, as one of the biggest (if not biggest) agents in Redditch he knows the area and knows the market and can be relied upon to give honest but more important accurate recommendations. We thoroughly recommend the Vizors team to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent.

We moved house in February 2016 but I was heavily pregnant at the time, and so we've been very busy for the last year or do, so have only just got round to writing this review. A year on I still remember the fantastic service provided by Vizors. Mark, Helen and the team provided advise and support every step of the way, they were so professional and ensured our sale and purchase went through smoothly and quickly. This was the first time we had used Vizors and we will definitely use them again. Mark and the whole Vizors team were extremely professional and friendly throughout the process of selling our property. We had a few valuations from other estate agents but as soon as Mark turned up we knew there was only one estate agent to go with. Everything from how well he explained things to us to the fantastic photos he took of the property. Because of how well the property was advertised by Mark it was sold in less than two weeks. The sale process felt very easy with Vizors. There was constant communication throughout the sale from Helen and Amy which was great and the sale went through exactly on time. We were the buyers of a property that Vizors listed and due to no fault of Vizors we had a 6 month long wait for our house. During this time Vizors constantly kept us updated. Allowed us to have a few more viewings for measuring than we should of. They genuinely came on the journey with us and still follow our renovation journey!! The best agency in Redditch. While looking for a new home we looked at some properties with Vizors and were very happy with the properties they offer, but the best part are their team! Kerry and Chloe are 2 agents we dealt with and both are very nice and professional, they advised us on the process of renting, how to make sure our application is successful and provided detailed and quality service in regards to properties. We were luckily able to meet the landlords of the properties we saw and build a relationship. Now we live in a house renting through them and they have been amazing throughout the whole process of paperwork and getting the keys.
