My mum just travelled 50 minutes to a viewing and there was another couple also there to be shown around, halfway through the viewing the estate agent tells her "this is a bit awkward, the other couple have actually already had an offer accepted so the house isn't available... sorry you made the journey". Extremely pleased with service. Tim Kenneally who did property appraisal (on my cousin’s house) was very professional and helpful. The property went on the market within 48 hours and thanks to the team’s excellent marketing there has been a lot of interest. At all times I can log into my account and see how many viewings arranged and kept appraised at all times by the Sales Office of any comments/offers made. I would highly recommend Arden Estates.
