GoogleTotally unprofessional, feel conned out of my agency fee! As a student and my partner having a full time job, told them we've always needed a guarantor. They told us they would get one if they needed one, so we paid the agency fee for the checks, next thing I know, our application is rejected because the landlord doesn't want a guarantor. They still kept our money and now we have to fork out more money for another agency fee. Ridiculous.

GoogleProfessional staff but friendly and welcoming. I like that they have mortgage advisors within their premises and links with conveyancing agencies. The opening times are good and parking at the Redditch office is easy. Photographs and drone footage is superb. We would definitely recommend.

GoogleSorry to say the after sales really let the service down, poor communication, no where near the professionalism of the Barnt Green office. It’s a shame really my initial contact was positive but sadly the after sales was so disappointing.
