We purchased a house through Arden but unfortunately we pulled out, which was our own decision. We dealt with Amy.W while the purchase was going through and she was fantastic. Amy chased and dealt with problems efficiently and was always very helpful. Nothing seemed like too much hassle and thats what you need in the stressful time of house purchase!

The service has been exceptional and they are a very professional team. Tim came out to see me to talk through the services and discuss costs etc and I liked his approach. He was professional, personable and transparent, which is what we need during the stressful time selling a property. I then had the absolute pleasure .of dealing with Halinka. I found Arden Estates to be extremely professional and proactive. Allison Talbot, Sales Progressor, in particular was the voice of common sense and reason when it felt like every obstacle imaginable was being thrown at my sale. She always responded to my emails incredibly quickly and even made me laugh when I could so easily have cried (None of the obstacles were of Arden Estates making; on the contrary, Allison payed a big role in chasing other external people to do their jobs so that the sale could be concluded) I would highly recommend Arden Estates and Allison in particular.

Arden Estate Agents are the best in Redditch! We purchased one property via Arden back in July 2022 which sadly fell through and then purchased our most recent property 6 months later through them which we have now moved into! Arden were amazing when organising viewings and we never struggled to get through to them. They were fantastic through the whole process from offer to completion and we would highly recommend them to anyone. Arden Estates listed a property in July or August last 2021 in Redditch which I agreed to buy. The vendor had trouble finding somewhere else to purchase . Eventually we reached an agreement and the sale was proceeding in the Autumn. Eventually I discovered there was no valid EPC . For various reasons the sale fell through leaving me with no house and having wasted months and legal costs Arden Estates should not have marketed the property without an EPC and they certainly should have made sure one was in place well before I discovered .NegativeProfessionalism
