We have had a very positive experience of selling our flat through Arden Estates. Right through from when their agent first visited the flat, to completion of sale, the team has been efficient, friendly and professional. The sales materials produced were high quality and photography excellent. We found a buyer within one month of going on the market, and our representative at Arden Estates stayed in touch with us throughout the months it took to complete the sale. So communication and progress chasing was excellent. I would definitely recommend the company and would certainly use the Redditch office again if we sold another propoerty locally.

I cannot thank and praise the entire team at Arden Estate Agents enough. I saw a house I liked and not being on the market, they had details, photos and a block viewing of 19 within 24 hours; all of this before anything was posted on their own website or Rightmove. It sold the following morning after receiving multiple offers. All of the way through the entire process, I was kept updated on progress and what would happen next. Each and every member of the team is an asset to the company and always, without fail, go above, beyond and some. Having only recently become involved in the rental market, Arden have been extremely helpful in facilitating the purchases I have made. The financial service through Arden Financial is excellent and Sally runs the letting business extremely efficiently. The properties are managed with little input needed from the owner, any issues are dealt with efficiently by email and one can be confident that the pitfalls of letting can be avoided. The presentation of the properties is professional with high quality images and knowledgeable sales agents. Having used their services to buy (including financing) and let properties I wouldn't choose anyone else.
