Arden Estates Redditch reviews

We had many viewings of houses with Arden before making the decision. Majority of the viewings were done with Kelly and she was brilliant, really friendly and gave good advice. Once we had an offer accepted the girls in the Redditch office were very efficient, polite and kept us up to date with progress. Thankyou for a smooth transition.

Halinka and her team were very attentive in the whole process, which was a long drawn process for all due to changes required in two leases, however she did remain on top of the process and kept us up-to-date as much as she could. Very pleased with outcome and service.

I can not thank Tim, Halinka & all of the team at Arden enough for assisting me in selling my property. I was kept up-to date throughout the whole process. Nothing was ever to much trouble. I definitely recommend Arden if you are thinking of selling. 5*

Ardens were very professional from quotation for sale through to completion. Selling your house is only the first step its the support thereafter which is equally as important through what can be a painful process to completion. Ardens were responsive from beginning to end - the after sale service was excellent with good communication every step of the way.PositiveProfessionalism

Highly professional and friendly team. Could not fault them with both the sale and purchase, from start to finish. Helinka was outstanding, ensuring all of our requirements ran smoothly especially during a pandemic taking calls on days off. Nothing was too much trouble, no matter how many calls or small requests, the communication and help was exceptional from the whole team.

Excellent customer service provided by the whole team. Kelly was fantastic, she looked after us throughout the viewing process and made it an enjoyable experience alongside Natalie, who was very responsive in getting viewings sorted and even worked around fitting us in for viewings during our busy schedule. Cannot fault Arden's on the sale of my flat. They have been fantastic throughout with a special thanks to Allison who handled the sale from start to finish. Everyone I dealt with during the whole process was quick, professional and always at the end of the phone to sort things out.

I've used numerous Estate Agents in the past but Ardens knock them all out of the ball park! All the staff are friendly, professional and deliver on ALL their promises unlike some others I could mention. Also their sales contract with no charges if you change your mind before completion not to sell is the best I have ever experienced...
