We recently viewed two properties through Arden in Redditch, one with Kelly and one with Molly, and both were fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable, and really helpful throughout. We’d had a bit of a nightmare with three properties we’d previously offered on being pulled from the market, which put our whole chain at risk of collapsing. Arden were brilliant in stepping in, arranging viewings for us at very short notice, and supporting us through the offer and negotiation process. When we finally got the call to say our offer had been accepted, Molly was so lovely, she genuinely shared in our excitement and made the moment feel really special. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Arden to anyone looking to buy or sell.

From day one we had nothing but support and care from every person who dealt with us to sell and buy. For know fault of there own our sell/move took a very long time, but all we had from Arden was believe, support and care. Selling a house can be a frustrating process, thankfully we had Katie CL take over as sales progressor - & she was amazing. She worked to an extremely tight deadline, was on the ball, regular updates, and had the chain completed by constantly emailing and chasing all parties involved. She was a force to be reckoned with, & we are extremely grateful for her input. Special mention to Tim, also. He valued our home but was also instrumental in getting the chain back on track. Initially, they seem very professional and talk a lot about 'strategy' to gain your trust. However, that's just a facade. As soon as the first offer came in (within the first few weeks), the pressure started. They completely ignored our previously agreed price and tried to convince me that my house wasn't actually worth that much, warning me that I might not get another offer. It felt like they weren't working for me, but against me, just to close the deal as quickly as possible. When I voiced my concerns, I was told I 'should be happy' to sell so fast, even though I was in no rush and simply wanted a fair price. On top of that, I had to fill out all the property details myself. They provide an app and expect you to do their job for them. It makes me wonder what they actually take their commission for. If you want an agent who actually fights for your interest and doesn't just push for a quick sale, look elsewhere.
