Arden have been fantastic, from the moment we were fortunate enough to get a cancellation viewing for a property, right the way through the buying process, they have been supportive, informative, understanding, transparent, professional, personal, thoughtful and fun to work with. At times buying a home can have its complexities and they worked really hard not just for the vendors but also for us as buyers too, which made us feel that they had everyone's best interests at heart. Having looked at several properties with other estates agents and put offers in, it at times felt like you were just another number, yet with Arden they made you feel valued, understood and listened to your perspectives and worked hard to act on these. I really would recommend everyone at Arden (in particular Hanlinka), as they made buying a house, which had its challenges at times, easy. Thank you to everyone who helped, we could not have done it without your support - not estate agent works in this way.

The process from start to finish was well managed by Arden and I was kept informed adequately, although some pressure placed on me at the end of my sale by the chain below may have been made easier if the communication between me and the lower chain via Arden (and Conveyancer) could have been better. I am not the first to say that the sale and purchase of houses in England is antiquated and should be reviewed!!

Our experience with Arden for the purchase of our new home has been excellent. From the first viewing, we were struggling to make our appointment time and the agent that showed us around was really accommodating, she knew plenty about the property. Over the next few days we went forward and back with offers and negotiations and all were handled brilliantly by Arden, great communication throughout. Halinka from sales progression has been with us every step of the way since, liaising with both sides and ensuring the process was as smooth as possible. We collect our keys in a couple of weeks and we can't wait! Would definitely use Arden in the future- although we swear we're never moving again after packing our house!
