They were incredibly helpful throughout the process and really helped us through a particularly stressful time that was caused by our own solicitors, giving us advice and helping to progress our own sale, even though they weren't our sales agent! Arden (Redditch) recently assisted me in both the sale of my old house and purchase of my new home. The team were very helpful and communication was good throughout the process. Halinka in particular ensured that my husband and I were well informed of what was going on throughout the process and always very helpful and personable when we spoke on the phone. We had some challenges during the process (which were not Arden’s fault) and I felt Halinka handled things in the best way that she could to progress the process in a timely manner so we were able to move within a reasonable time frame. Prior to our recent move, we had actually listed our house earlier in the year with Arden but decided to take it off the market due to personal circumstances, for around 10 months. Arden were very understanding and flexible, allowing us to keep our deposit held with them for when we were ready to go, and when that time came they were able to quickly get us back on using the materials already produced. I was impressed with their efficiency and flexibility. They were never pushy and never pressured us, so when we were ready we were very happy to proceed with them even nearly a year later.

Estate agents generally have a bad reputation but Arden have been fantastic. I have purchased a house which was sold by Arden. They went above and beyond ensuring the sale process went through as quickly as possible. They also chased further up the chain even though they were not required to do so.
