GoogleArden Estates have been fantastic. I bought the house from Arden and they facilitated a seamless purchase which was competed in 28 days. I have now used the Arden Estates letting department to let the property. Once again this service has been absolutely great - I would happily recommend the team at Arden to anyone buying, renting or selling. Excellent

GoogleAlthough very professional, from June 18th 2012 when Arden took over my property, although they agreed with me at the time that the asking price was acceptable I did not have one viewer come and look at my property and therefore had to change estate agents. Arden had my property on their books for nearly eight months without a viewing!!!!!

GoogleA simple and easy way to sell a house. Apart from the for sale board failing to be erected in a timely manner the whole process was good
