GoogleWe cannot recommend Paul highly enough. We had great advice throughout, and were really impressed with the quality of advert that was created for out property. Paul created a sale strategy for is which led to 10+ viewings on a single day and several offers on the first weekend the house was on the market. The agents are always contactable and keep you regularly updated.

I had the pleasure of having Tom McCaffrey and Ruby Townsend help me throughout the sale of my property. Their communication was excellent, making sure I was receiving updates with every step of the process, and they found me a buyer for the exact price I wanted very quickly. As I was unable to travel to the property due to busy schedule and personal reasons, the Michael Poole Team took care of everything on my behalf, making sure I received pictures I needed for the documentation process, doing the viewings, and providing the keys to the new landlord and going above and beyond anything I needed guidance or support on. My experience with the Michael Poole team has been excellent and I can only thank them for everything, highly recommend them.

GoogleI have used InventoryBase for a number of years, and consistently find every member of the team to be helpful, professional, approachable, knowledgeable, and accomodating. I apprecaite their efforts across the social media platforms, from a group on Faebook for fellow users, to their distribution of knowledge across LinkedIn. The reporting system itself is a joy to use, it is responsive, it thinks like me which makes life so much easier, it does everything I need it to, and the look of the report represents by business well. This is the worst agent I have ever worked with. Supposedly acting for us, this estate agent, I feel, was dishonest and misleading….protecting a chain to our detriment (not informing us that they had the entire chain) . Ill advising and recommending that we fund unnecessary surveys and ,I suspect , sharing privileged information to prospective buyers. In my opinion they were unprofessional, dishonest, bad communicators and the only agent I have ever known to charge for photographs and their own failures!

GoogleFrom start to finish the team at Ewe move we’re fantastic. We had previously put our house up for sale with another local estate agent just before lockdown. We were so disappointed and disheartened with the outcomes that we made the decision to take it off the market. Fast forward to July 2021 we thought we would give it another go and decided to give Ewe move a go. It was the easiest process, within a day of meeting John he had our pictures up and live online, plus your not signed into no contracts which we found appealing. Within a week of being on the market we had sold our house, with a number of offers in hand. John and his team done all the work and we couldn’t have been happier with the service they provide. I would like to say a big thank you to John and the Ewe move team they went above and beyond for us.

We cant recommend him enough - if you are looking to sell your property - look no further Personal service from start to finish - he took the very professional looking photos himself which showed off the house at it's best. GooglePaul has been great. A very good person to work with. Great at keeping in touch with how many viewings he has, trust worthy to as I left him the key so he had all the time he needed. Was amazed how fast he put the house on the market and sold in 2 days it only took him 3 days in total. Unbelievable how many viewings he booked in 1 evening. Very professional. Will listen to the client needs.all I can say if I ever sell or buy again i will be using Paul again. You won't be disappointed if you use paul.

GoogleI was recommended Paul and Ewe move after multiple bad experiences with another online estate agent. This recommendation could not of come at a better time for us, after nearly loosing the purchase of a very sentimental house to my family, Paul and Jayne stepping in to go above and beyond to ensure our current house sold quickly and for our asking price! After our offer was accepted we was swiftly passed to an after sales team to ensure the remainder of our process was dealt with quickly and with no issues being left to cause the sale to fall through. This process was incredible and allowed us to relax whilst they constantly chased both legal teams for progress updates before passing the information on to us, this is also all part of the service that Ewe move provide. We have since completed and now own the house which will hopefully stay in our family for generations to come. We can’t thank Ewe move enough for all the hard work and incredible service we received. We really hope to stay in contact to sell and purchase future investments with Ewe move!

GoogleWe’ve been using Inventory Base software for our property management portfolio and genuinely can’t fault it. The system is incredibly easy to use, with a clean interface and clear, professional reports that are simple to generate and share. One of the standout features for us is the ability to customise specific reports to suit our individual business needs. The level of detail included, particularly the photographs, is something our landlords really appreciate, as it gives them complete confidence in the condition of their properties. The recent AI introduction has also been a very welcome addition. It’s a real time-saver and helps streamline our workflow without compromising on quality or accuracy. With the upcoming Renters Rights Act, the software will be even more beneficial. The detailed property condition reports provide strong supporting evidence for claims and allow for clear, formal communication with both landlords and tenants following inspections. Having such a concise and reliable audit trail in place gives us and our clients real peace of mind. It’s become an essential part of our business, and we honestly wouldn’t be without it now. Thank you for providing such a fantastic property management tool.
