GoogleAbsolutely brillaint. We didn't use michael pool to sell our property but they were used for our buyers and for the property we were purchasing. Because of this we had a lot of interaction and help from them, even so much as mortgage advisor recommendation and when it came to a last minute need for an electrician michael pool again recommended one. They checked in and were polite and very knowledgeable. Id highly recommend them and although I plan on living here until im dead, if we had to move again id recommend them.

I do not understand how this firm is rated 4.8 when 10% of the reviews are 1 star and nearly all are complain about misrepresentation. I HAVE COMPLAINED TO TRUSTPILOT ABOUT THIS BUT HAVE BEEN IGNORED. Estate Agents generally hide behind caveat emptor rules to enable the vendor to hide undesirable aspect of the property for sale. But this the first time (and I have bought and sold many houses in my life time) I have come across a fact stated in a advert that was known to be untrue by the agent. I complained to the Managing director Richard Poole by email and written letter but both were ignored. However copies of these sent to the auctioneer were acted upon. Personally I will avoid this estate agent and recommend others to do so.

GoogleWe have just noticed a critical flaw in this software. We have an inventory company that used this software carry out inventories for us less than a year ago. As we stopped using the company they deleted all our inventories from there system. However this means all the inventories that we have had done even though they are saved in PDF cannot be opened and are useless. The inventory company does not want to make them live as they say they have to pay to host it. So be aware that your inventories can become useless. The inventory company is now making us pay for each inventory to become live again and there is nothing Inventory base can do to help you in this situation.
