GoogleAfter losing our mum and having to sell her home it was hard and sad. But with the help of john and Jack it was made much easier , they basically took care of everything, and did all they could to get viewings , being it was a park home too , with lots of different rules etc , we didn't know where to start , but john was very knowledgeable, and dealt with all the paperwork etc . They kept us informed all the way through. I found them to be friendly, helpful, and very pleasant to work with . I would highly recommend using ewe move if you have a property to sell . Our sale was a probate sale following the death of a parent. All Michael Poole staff took this into account and I felt like I was treated with empathy and respect. Particular mention to Matthew who valued the property with kindness and understanding but prize must go to Jack Johnston who was really supportive at a very difficult time. He kept my faith in the whole process and dealt with my emotions with the utmost respect.

We have let a number of properties (Debbie always helpful and goes above and beyond). This occasion we have sold a property which was expertly managed by Isobel, again at Redcar branch. Her friendly and professional manner, together with excellent and regular communications has, I’m sure, been the difference in obtaining a quick sale (around a week) satisfactory to both parties. Chris the valuer played an important role in the sale too. Great guidance and prompt work in getting to market.
