John and Jack provided me with information and updates so that I was always in the know with viewings and when a buyer was found, with how the chain was going. I have nothing but the highest praise for the whole team at the Stockton Office. Their professionalism, approachability and support throughout the rollercoaster ride of selling my property combined with purchasing another was exceptional. A special mention for both Marion and Emeline must be given, who both went above and beyond to ensure I was always kept up to date, answered any queries or concerns promptly and skilfully guided me through the ups and downs of the whole process. I would have no hesitation in recommending Michael Poole to anyone and have again enlisted them to carry out the sale of my mum’s property and the purchase of her new home.

GoogleWe have our property up for sale via a different agent. Aspire are constantly sending spam letters, sometimes twice a week. I have requested they stop this and even messaged the manager directly. I am not considering using this company purely for their lack of respect and harassment.
