The Stockton office team made selling mum’s house a positive experience from start to finish. Luke started by giving me a realistic selling price and some accurate insights into the process. I was kept updated throughout the sale and Emeline and Marion in particular provided timely information on viewer feedback and the eventual buyer’s progress through the process. It was nice to find that when somebody was away others in the office had access to file notes and I wasn’t left waiting for their return. Excellent service and I would use Michael Poole next time.

TrustpilotExtremely Poor Communication and Lack of Support from Michael Poole
We’ve recently had to remove our property from the market with Michael Poole due to the consistently poor level of communication. It has been extremely difficult to reach anyone at the office, if we, as the sellers, can’t get through, it’s worrying to think how many potential buyers may also be struggling to make contact. The communication has been absolutely shocking. The only feedback we received was via brief text messages that lacked any useful detail. Despite requesting to be copied into all correspondence (as my partner often works away and doesn’t always have access to phone or internet), this request was ignored. Overall, we’re extremely disappointed with the way Michael Poole have handled the sale of our property. We will not be using their services again and would not recommend them to others.

They both went above and beyond to get the sale over the line, they are both professional and friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. They made a very stressful time a bit more bearable. Googlemy first visit to urban jungle . nice plants. lovely staff. but the cafe is a no for me. ice latte was awful. cake was dry the second slice was ok but still a bit dry. sausage roll had more pastry than meat. £25 later . not impressed.

GoogleInconsistent inventory reports. The quality and amount of photos taken on a check in report is drastically different to the check out inspection. It's very clear that the business attempts to pin damage on tenants at the end of a tenancy in order to justify engagement by the landlord
