I lived at 12 Wellwood Road for 3 months. I called Colin to explain that the gas meter is -£20, which means the person who lived there previously hasn't paid, he said not to worry about it, of course, if he said so I haven't emailed to have a prove but I took a picture of a meter which shows the true. When I moved out I had + £30 left and as you all know you can't take it back from the meter, therefore I emailed the agency to get my £50 back and they have said they don't have a record of it and nobody reported to them although I spoke with Colin on the phone the day I moved. When I called Colin to ask who the water and energy supplier is he gave me the wrong information. They also charged me £90 for checking the flat after I had left the property although they had never been inside to check it as I had confirmation from Marie who lives downstairs. When I moved into the flat it wasn’t painted, I had to do that at my own expense. Also, I complained about the broken window from the hallway which they haven't seen it for years I guess after the look of the house. The interest of the agency to help you is 0. I will never recommend to anyone their services. Awful experience.

GoogleWe chose Payne & Co because they got back to us before the other estate agents did and I am so glad they did. Our flat was on the market for 2 weeks before we had an offer we accepted. Everyone at Payne & Co Ilford were professional and reliable. We always had up to date information and felt fully supported throughout the whole process. Humza was especially good. Even when it got a bit hairy towards completion they were calm, organised and professional.

GoogleI have had my flat rented through Payne & Co for coming up 4-years. The team have alway been very professional and look after both the landlord and tenant to a high standard. I love working with Colin and Graham who keep in regular contact and lets me know if there are any problem or issues that need dealing with. I highly recommend working with Payne & Co.

Googledo not trust this company to sell your house - seriously undervalued my property ( for what reason it seems this estate agent getting up to tricks of the old trade ) £45,000 below the last valuation 2 weeks ago - 55k below last years valuation - just had another estate agent value it at what its proper market value should be and went online to various online estate agents all coming back with the true value of that property - SHAME ON YOU
