GoogleGreat team at Ilford Payne and Co. I bought my house, rented my house and am selling my house through the team there. I had a bit of a nightmare evicting my tenants and Colin McComas from their rentals team was on hand to help advise along the way. He also managed to get a refund of the legal fees for me through the insurance included on the rental terms! Total legend. Thanks Payne and Co!

GooglePayne and Co, with their local knowledge did an excellent job finding us a buyer within a very short time. Imran showed our property to clients and was always kind and professional, and communicated our position to the buyers very well. He kept us informed throughout and liased well between us, the buyer and our solicitors. Moving house is stressful and despite setbacks he kept us assured things would work out, and they did ! Thank you all

GoogleExtremely shameful performance by a very mediocre team. Strongly suggest that you consider trusting another agent with your properties.
We strongly disagree with this characterisation. Our team maintains high standards of service and has a proven track record with our clients and properties. We are unable to find any record of you having engaged our services, which raises concerns about the accuracy of this review. If you believe this was posted in error or wish to discuss a legitimate issue, you are welcome to contact us directly.

GoogleWe bought a property from Payne and Co and were really pleased with the overall behaviour and professionalism of all the agents, especially Humzah Ali. The transaction underwent several difficult points and was on the verge of falling through a number of times but Humzah persevered to ensure it became a success. I would certainly call on Payne and Co if I was ever to sell in the future as they treated both buyers and sellers with the same courtesy and care which is rare to see with many other agents. Thanks Payne and Co for all your hard work in helping us attain our home.
