Payne & Co are a well-established, friendly and extremely experienced team of Estate Agents that I would highly recommend. By way of background, I am experienced solicitor in a well-established firm. During my 20 years of practice I have come across many estate agents in both a professional and personal capacity. I have to say that Payne & Co are heads and shoulders above the rest. I purchased a property in June 2020 from Payne & Co. The transaction was complicated for various reasons. Payne & Co (and in particular Tom, Mark and Ken) were very responsive, calm and assured. They were extremely honest and forthright in their dealings, which helped achieve a positive outcome. I would highly recommend this experienced, friendly honest and down to earth team. Payne and Co have provided a fantastic and seamless service in the sale of our family home. From the initial meeting with Ken Payne which was reassuring and personable to the organisation of the photos and viewings everything was handled professionally and communicated to us at every stage. Worst property service ever in the UK. Service was quite poor and unprofessional. Total disappointment. Tom is the worst in both personality and profession. Tom is a highly unjust person who does not keep his commitments. Avoid them whenever possible. I wish could give them anything less one star.
