Myself and my husband have just purchased our first home through Payne & Co! We have dealt Imran H from the beginning to the end of the process. Imran was absolutely FANTASTIC. He accommodated additional viewing requests. Once our offer was accepted, he was extremely helpful in chasing the vendor and their solicitors allowing us to complete within a couple of months! We went to see the apartment that was available for rent, we liked it. We did all the checkings, filled all the forms, all good. The agent we met insisted to us on talking with the actual landlord to tell him that we are leaving from his apartment. After we did that, he told us that the house is no longer available so this created a very very very unpleasant situation with the actual landlord that almost didn't wanted to let us stay anymore in his apartment. This company is a total shame and scam 1st Edit: My 1st reply to yours: Nice try ! I have attached a picture, maybe you can remember now. I have 2text messages as well. You're embarrassing. Another reason for others to avoid your company. 2nd Edit: My 2nd reply to yours: First of all, the flat was listed by your company, not a different one. On Rightmove, there is your address, not the address of the company you tried to push forward to take YOUR fault. At least now, be professional and assume the errors that you make and stop trying to act like people are stupid and get you wrong, because this is not the case. Second of all, I think you forget what your website shows. Indeed, the company you suggested to make a review exists, but it is also included in your point of contact section, so that would still fall under your company duty. And lastly, I wrote this review for the whole company, not specifically to the sales area, because your whole company works on both sales and renting. So, do not try to fool people here as long as we are aware of our acts. I can see that I am not the only one here complaining about you, so you may want to think this is a sign to work on your professionalism and how you deliver your work to the clients, not to try get out of it blaiming others, or suggesting people are lying because you “do not have any knowledge” of this. Review: I am incredibly disappointed with the service from T Payne & Co after dealing with them across two separate tenancies. While our emails are not completely ignored, the actual underlying issues are never addressed or resolved. The office appears completely uncoordinated, with too many people trying to handle the same tasks. This lack of structure leads to total confusion, conflicting information, and an entirely unprofessional service. On top of the chaos, we have felt that the truth is being hidden from us rather than being handled with transparency. It has been a highly frustrating and stressful experience. I strongly advise prospective tenants to look elsewhere.

Payne & Co and especially Andreea has helped us secure our 2 bedroom apartment in Ilford IG1. I could not recommend them more!! Andreea was easy to chat to, actioned everything very quickly and has been just a ray of sunshine to deal with. After previously dealing with an agency and landlord that clearly did not care a lot about us, meeting Andreea and Payne&Co was honestly like a breath of fresh air. In the first week whilst living in the new flat, we noticed that our wachine machine was not working properly. We called Andreea and within the space of 2 days it was fixed. She is truly amazing!!!!
