Further to your recent review. We fully appreciate it is a very difficult time to buy a property as the housing market is so busy. To clarify, we explained to you at the time of your request for a viewing on the subject property that we were in receipt of multiple offers from an open house viewing which had taken place the weekend before and that we were waiting for client’s instructions. Subsequently the house went under offer as a result of that first wave of viewings. Should we have any similar properties which come onto the market in the same area we shall keep you advised.
