I have rented & lived in a lovely Victorian property in Reading through S & G for the last 5 years and I can’t recommend them enough in terms of as a tenant. Everything we ever asked for was done with no hassle and service with a smile. Fabulous service from the team at Sansome & George to sell my Reading property in October 2024. It is so re-assuring to have such dedicated and switched-on people handling your sale, and most importantly not letting anything fall through the cracks. Even when my initial buyer fell through (no fault of S&G, the buyer's position changed), they rushed around and organised a new set of viewings incredibly quickly and within a couple of weeks the property had sold for a second time. if I had any questions I knew an answer was just a phone call away. I also knew S&G were dealing with my solicitor, the buyer's solicitor, the surveryor, and indeed anything else that came up, so nothing was allowed to come out of the blue and knock things off track. It was such fantastic service that I don't think I could go anywhere else in future - S&G will certainly be my first call for any future property purchase or sale.

I want to express my thanks for all the work that Sansome and George people in general, and Helyn Collins, the Sales Progression Manager in particular, have done in progressing the sale of our house.My wife and I have been very impressed with the service and help that we have had from everyone we have met from the Sansome and George office - from the initial discussions about the sale of the property, through the offer process, and especially through the sales progression process to the exchange of contracts.We have found everyone very helpful and patient, with good explanation of the reasons for decisions and actions.We had been ready for exchange since early June, finally achieved on the last day of July: if it had not been for Helyn's chasing and reporting we would not have known what was going on up and down the chain.
