Sansome and George reviews

From the off market viewing through a collapsed chain and on to eventual completion the team at Sansome and George bent over backwards to help with this move. The problem solving attitude and kindness shown during the more disheartening parts of the process made a stressful situation that bit more bearable and enabled faith in the eventual positive outcome. Special thanks to Charlie and Barbara for their unwavering support and commitment to getting the move done and I’m very happy to be safely in my new home!

We sold and bought via Sansome & George last 2022 and the whole team were amazing. Organising an open house for our sale and patiently showing us around others until we found our perfect house. Barbara was incredible and dealt with a very complicated chain and without her chasing and dedication this would not have gone through. Barbara was unwell and continued to work to ensure we got to completion. Wouldn’t have wished for a better team and would recommend to anyone. I have also just let a property via Beth and couldnt recommend anyone enough.

The best ever. A nightmare journey but no fault of S & G. The management company - Sinclair Properties were absolutely awful dealing with my leasehold extension. But the most wonderful woman stepped in to take the stress from me. Babs - progression manager for Sansome & George. I would never had got through it without her. A big asset to S & G. She knows her stuff and really puts her heart and soul into doing her up most for her clients. Love you Babs. ALLISON HAYNE

We had nothing but positive experiences from s&g , all staff were extremely friendly and helpful, but have to give a special thanks to Barbara who went above and beyond to help us by chasing our forward chain which was the job of another agent. Thank you s&g for all your help. Would highly recommend

I flew in from Texas because I had to sell a property my sister left to me. So it was never an easy thing to do! Sansome did an excellent job. Efficient and knowledgeable. Barbara and Anthony were the ones I worked with. Both were excellent. We had to deal with a 6 hour time difference and many other things that were out of the ordinary. .The house is sold. The new owners love the house, and I am so happy because my sister loved it when it was hers. Thank you Barbara and Anthony for a job well done. This wasn't your ordinary situation.

I have had an excellent experience with Sansome & George. From the very beginning, handling the transition from the previous tenant through to securing a new tenant and completing everything smoothly, Beth Webb and her team (Roz King) were fantastic. A special thank you to all. Communication was clear and prompt throughout, they were professional, organised, and genuinely supportive at every step. The whole process was managed efficiently and with real attention to detail, which made letting my property straightforward and stress-free. I’ll always go back to Sansome & George, Beth and her team because of the overall experience and the confidence they give me as a landlord. Highly recommended.

My daughter recently bought a flat through Sansome and George. Unfortunately it wasn’t plain sailing (not Sansome and George’s fault) but the team helped to sort out the issues and made sure the purchase happened. A special shout out to Barbara who went above and beyond to help us.

I had an excellent experience with the estate agents who handled the sale of my house. From the very beginning, their team was professional, proactive, and clearly committed to achieving the best outcome. Communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. I was kept regularly updated at every stage, and any questions I had were answered promptly and clearly. It made what could have been a stressful process feel very smooth and well managed. The effort they put into marketing the property and arranging viewings was evident, and thanks to their hard work the property sold quickly. Their knowledge of the market and guidance during the sale was incredibly helpful and gave me confidence that everything was being handled properly. Overall, I’m very grateful for the dedication and professionalism shown by the team. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.

We have recently sold our house with Sansome and George, and had an extremely positive experience. We initially bought our house through them and because of that experience we decided to sell through them when we moved on. From the initial engagement, viewings and completion everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Of particular note were Barbara, Courtney and Lewis who we dealt with at various stages of the sale - all of which were superb! Thank you
