We bought our first home through Sansome and George and couldn't fault them at all through the entire process. Our situation was made a bit more complex by renting the house we intended to buy (yep! It actually does happen) which meant we dealt with S&G's sales and letting teams. All were fantastic to us, super speedy and persistent in coming to a resolution and genuinely lovely people to talk to. I have to give the biggest and loudest shout out to Barbara! Thank you for everything you've done for us, your persistence (especially with the roofers!) stamina and creativity would not have enabled our initial rental agreement to keep us from being homeless nor pushing the sale through to complete after all these months. This was such a positive experience with Sansome and George - Thank you!!

Absolutely delighted with the service we received from Sansome and George. We had not moved in 34 years so were very anxious about moving again. Charlie came round to see us one evening and explained the process. He put our minds at rest by reassuring us that things would be done on our terms and that we would not be pressured into making decisions we were not comfortable with. He was true to his word. If it was not for Charlie and the confidence and trust we placed in him, we probably would not have moved. We are now loving our new home and life by the sea. Of course, it’s not just about Charlie. The whole S&G team were brilliant, especially Lewis, Ben, Barbara and Courtney. They ensured that the whole house move ran smoothly and made the experience as stress free as possible. Thank you!

This was my second sale with Sansome & George but my first purchase. I can’t thank the whole Team enough for the time and effort they took over the course of the sale and purchase. They kept me informed every step of the way and their friendly approach made a stressful period in life just that little bit easier. And the communication from Barbara (Babs), couldn’t be topped - take a day off occasionally! When the exchange was postponed and my chosen removal firm couldn’t help on the proposed new date, Babs was on it and found an out of town removal firm…although we laughed at their ridiculous quote. Not to worry, she was straight on the phone to Paul at Ferriday & Alder and it was all sorted swiftly. Thank you all!

Superb service from everyone at Sansome & George whilst selling my late mothers property. Trying to sell a property whilst still grieving is not easy. First contact was with Paul the MD and he was extremely understanding and patient with me as were all the staff. With reference to a review left by Neville Gracias, I would like to say that I was in communication with Barbara regularly on the sale which Mr Gracias' partner was buying. All I can say is that Barbara is one of 'the' most professional people I have dealt with in my whole career and she had always been upfront and clear about timescales from the beginning. Unfortunately, the buyer did not take the timescales set seriously and then was disappointed when the Vendor withdrew. None of the points made about Barbara are true, apart from the fact that she was so clever and found out the surveyor chosen by the buyer was not even qualified nor on the RICs panel. Sometimes it pays to spend a bit more when buying a property to ensure everything is checked properly! I would always recommend Barbara to anyone when it comes to sales progression.
