This is my second year with Romans and I must say they have tenant friendly approach. Kimberly our property manager is really helpful and she is approachable, always available. She really acted as a very proactive mediator between us and Landlord. Many times she helped us communicate our point of view to the landlord and avoided possible confusion about the issues in the house. Thank you Kimberly for your constant support 😊

My main point of contact at Romans was Suresh, who was excellent when it came to helping me sort out all the necessary checks I needed before renting, and if I had any questions regarding the property he was always available to speak to.
