Romans have been fantastic throughout the sale of our property. Michael Page has been exceptional from start to finish. Was very knowledgeable about the properties in the area and the realistic selling value that would be achieved. He kept us inform at every stage and has answered any questions we have had about anything. He has liaised between our solicitors and the buyers solicitors when things seemed to have stalled and has got everything moving swiftly in the right direction. Incredible experience with Romans Reading. I was in a difficult situation with immediate need to move to a new house and they did an amazing job starting from arranging the appointments to showing properties as per our requirements and finally helping us find the right house. I am not happy with Roman’s since day 1 . Because the person who showed us the property while we were renting promised us many things but didn’t do anyone them . The first property manager Tessa was the only helping property manager we got in last 5 years . Property managers are keep changing almost every few months . We are facing some problems inside our property and Roman’s is aware of it for last two years and none of the problems has been solved yet

James Fleming was appointed as my move manager at Romans Estate Agents. He was wonderful during the whole process of buying the house. He is very responsive whenever I have any queries and replies in quick time. He handled so many queries related to the sellers and helped in the smooth process. He is kind and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure things remain good. We had a minor hiccup at the last stage of our purchase just before the exchange, but James definitely pushed our case to the sellers to complete quickly. The whole process with the Romans was also very nice, and I would recommend them for any future house tenancy and buying/selling process.

Big shout out to Tim Allen, Sangharsha Gurung and Khim Gurung from the Letting team in Romans. Best Estate agent in U.K., Sale - Lettings teams in Reading! Honest review from the property investor : Bought two rental properties from the Romans(Reading) and used their serivce to find tenants and fully manage it. It just took 5 days to fully let both properties to professional tenants from the date of purchase. I want to give a big shout out to Tim Allen, Sangharsha Gurung and Khim Gurung from the Letting team in Romans. They have good understanding of rental market, proactive(sprung into action, properties were advertised in Zoopla, RightMove, etc on day 1 and arranged viewing from the second day), gave right advise to me to carry out light rennovation. Apart form their excellent service and customer support, they understood the vision of property investor, they gave a good rate to fully manage both properties. Our company's future investments will now be invested in "Reading" with the help of Romans.

I am a landlord who is not living in UK currently. Therefore I need a professional and reliable letting agent for my property. I trust service of Romans especially with the help of my property manager Kian Lewington. Kian is very professional, proactive, and always fast response with positive result. Just one example happened recently. I have not received the rent payment for a few months due to the tenant seems accidentally paid to the account with wrong reference number. Upon getting to know this issue, Kian immediately take some actions looking into it. With Kian's effort, this issue has been successfully resloved within just 2 days.
