As a new client in lettings from the landlord side , post finalising all initial details which went very well , I was in the expert hands of Katie Clark regarding the tenant handover processes and checks as well as adjustments and monetary issues . GoogleAnish was very helpful throughout the entire process. He was very understanding of my situation, especially since I was arranging everything from abroad. He made sure there was flexibility in my ability to collect the keys, even outside of office hours, and went out of his way to make that happen. Throughout the whole process, Anish was very quick to respond to all of my requests and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish.

Just completed our first house purchase with Prospect. The staff handled themselves professionally and with due care throughout the entire process. Particularly grateful for the hard work and perseverance of Michael, who was instrumental in achieving a quick turnaround from offer acceptance through to completion. He liaised with me frequently and was more than willing to answer any question I had (of which there were many being a first time buyer).

We had a great experience working with Charlotte! As first-time renters, we weren’t sure what to expect, but Charlotte made the whole process smooth and easy to understand from start to finish. She was always friendly, responsive, and happy to answer all our questions, no matter how small. Charlotte kept us updated at every step and really helped take the stress out of the process. Now that we've been handed over to the property manager, we just wanted to say a big thank you for all your support in getting us to this stage. Google2 stars for the professionalism at the beginning and at the end of contract. 1 star for the reply’s for any queries we had throughout the contract. Suggestions I would like to pass, Firstly I would like to thank prospect agents for considering our offer, I would like to suggest some tips that I have gone through my experience. Firstly, Reply’s to the any email by tenants within 24 hours would gives a extra trust and respect to the agent and the person dealing, Secondly, any repairs or changes requested by the tenants to the property manager should go directly to the land lord instead of going through some of the third party browser, (anyway the property will be repaired by the trusted persons by the landlord) extra hustles should be taken out. Thirdly, anyone who wants to inspect or repair the the property (even landlord) should be informed to the tenants or with the presence of tenant, Finally, landlord or the expert from agency must take a tour with the tenant in the beginning of contract to explain the damages, wire or internet sockets, meter locations and the SOP of equipments in the property.

GoogleAbsolutely appalling service. I arranged a viewing for a property on behalf of my elderly, seriously ill parents. We arrived on time, only to be left waiting for almost an hour. Nobody from the estate agency turned up, nobody called to cancel, and nobody answered the phone despite repeated attempts to contact them. What makes this even worse is that they made no effort whatsoever to contact me afterwards. I had to call them the following day just to find out what had happened. Not once did anyone apologise or take responsibility for wasting our time. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable, especially when dealing with vulnerable elderly people. A simple phone call would have prevented unnecessary stress and inconvenience. If this is how they treat prospective tenants before they’ve even signed an agreement, I would seriously question the level of service they provide afterwards. I would not recommend this estate agency to anyone.
