Trustworthy business partners

Prospect have managed several properties for me over the last 8 years and I feel they are a joint partner in my business. They are the first port of call for the tenants if there are any problems at the properties and manage them efficiently and professionally. I can always speak to someone should I need to and Nancy, our dedicated property manager is just fantastic; capable and approachable and always at the end of the phone or email and ready with a solution when needed. I trust Prospect to make me aware of any legal requirements, especially with the new renters rights bill due imminently and also rely on the check in/ inspection/checkout reports they organise for us. When it's time to renew contracts, it's always a joy to speak to Stefano. He is friendly and efficient and I trust him to find us the most suitable tenants. A full turn key service that I couldn't manage without.

Very poor service. They rented me a house with broken furniture and the new furniture provided was of very low quality. No curtains provided even though curtains were visible on photos shown. No Microwave provided even though rented as furnished. Carpet in the room was never professionally cleaned before we moved in. Dirt kept falling from chimney inside the living room and nothing was done about it for a year even though the issue was reported a few times. Hot water in the shower was also a problem which was never fully resolved.

Nancy Suri is excellent as a property manager and the experience on the whole has been really good with Prospect. There have been times throughout our tenancy where prospect have not communicated properly such as booking viewings without informing us or booking maintenance on our behalf without telling us. I think this could be improved quite easily

I would like to suggest to all the buyers, before using the state agent check the riview. Last year I was so upset because of this state agent mr Liam. At first he gave me quick appointment for viewing and the offer was accepted, mr Liam congratulated me that was my 1st home and as first time buyer. According to him I had done my and my partner ID check which was cost £85 , after that he venished, no response at all 🙂 after couple of weeks I could contact him hardly and he said the seller gave another party. I was so upset 😭 how much excited was I to buy my own home he didn’t know, the agent played with my feelings 😥😥 please don’t do this with anyone 🙏🙏 be as human and kind 🙏🙏

Prospect took over the sale of my house after the first agent had failed to find a buyer. I soon established that the asking price recommended by both agents was too high as was the valuation on Zoopla. After the price was substantially reduced viewings increased and a prospective buyer was found and the sale was completed 7 months later. From the initial placing on the market to exchange of contract too just over one year. The property market seems to be tough in the UK and the legal process takes far too long.
