He was really helpful sending over properties within our budget. Ruby Mcgrath was excellent, helpful and organised. A very straightforward sale despite the turbulent market. Harry found three prospective buyers within hours of the property going on the market, resulting in a sale at above the asking price, less than 24-hours after the property went on the market!Parkers were highly professional at all times, keeping me well informed throughout the process on how the sale was going. Contracts were exchanged two months and two days after me instructing Parkers to sell the property. I couldn't be happier!

I sold my flat with Parkers in Reading area. I live in another country, but the team always kept me updated via phone calls and emails from the beginning to the end of the process. Every Friday, I received an update from Nicole and it made my weekend worry-free. My first buyer unfortunately had some issues to secure their mortgage. Harry immediately helped me to find another buyer in a week with a very decent offer. I was amazed! Really top team. Very professional service and clear communications. GoogleI own a home in Reading and after we moved to Bracknell this house became available to let. I had few good offers from different agencies but offer from Parker was the best. They offered me almost everything I requested for. I took fully managed service as I was spending more time in Bracknell setting up new home which was leaving me hardly any time to manage Reading property on my own. Parker got me a tenant in first week of the advertisement and best part was the rent which was more than it was advertised for. They have very responsive team. Especially Ruby McGrath, she kept me updated with every step. As I was spending more time in Bracknell so she offered me many other services which were required to be done by me before tenants could move in. She even got keys collected from home rather than I dropping those in office. Without her help this transition would have been really difficult. So, till date I am a happy customer. :)

Ruby was assigned to my tenancy arrangements and assisted through out the process and helped to move in. The process was very smooth and hassle free. Everything was online, clear information, and the process was very swift. I did not have to wait for any steps more than a day. I appreciate the Ruby's assistance, and thanks to all the sales representative. We received the house very clean and professionally cleaned, and renovated.
