We're disappointed to have received your 1 star review. We can only assume your review is because we were unable to move you into the property you'd applied to rent with ourselves. As discussed at the time, your references were unsuccessful and this was completely out of our control. We did offer alternatives to allow you to move, but you were unable to meet the requirements. If you would like to discuss your complaint, please contact the Lettings Director, Mark Brooker on 01189575455.
