The property was well presented and when I turned up to the viewing I was greeted by a friendly smile. GoogleI offered a cash buy to one of the property, Agent admitted that mine was the highest offer. But as per Parkers, Vendor decided to sell to someone who offered lower price because they are apparently buying for someone elderly, hard to believe. Not sure since when Prakers giving buyer circumstances to Vendors, as far as I know vendor only wants to know the offer price ,cash or mortgage, any chain. Agent didn't let me let me get property I liked and also this is loss revenue to HMRC as property sold for lower price for reasons beyond my imagination.

GoogleThey were all nice but when I went to put down my deposit they told me I had to have a guarantor or 6 months rent in advance as it was my first house of my own and rubbish cred score due to mistakes with telecoms in past I said I couldn't have a guarantor not possible not everyone is going to be able to afford 6 months upfront or have a guarantor so what your going to take all there deposits too and not give it back even though you mentioned nothing of costs for signing a contract

GoogleI bought a house via Parkers 10 years ago and was impressed by their service then so returned to them when I sold it earlier this year. It was the right decision - everyone I dealt with was helpful, friendly and replied promptly. The sales progressor, Emma George, was invaluable. I think the sale might well have fallen through without her keeping her eye on the ball and following up with the solicitors etc. Definitely recommend - I've heard so many estate agents horror stories so would always pick them again in future. Great value too
