GoogleAs a landlady who is not able to get to the rented property to ensure all is well I am totally reliant upon the estate agent to look after the property and the tenants requirements. It is therefore extremely important to me that tenant issues are sorted out immediately and the team at Parkers seem to be responsive in these matters. I have been unfortunate as the property was vacated at the start of the COVID19 crisis and for the first time in almost 20 years it was empty, but Parkers implemented a virtual viewing which did find a tenant who have now moved in. I hope these tenants are happy in the property and stay for a few years.PositiveResponsiveness

GoogleI initially used Parkers as a tenant when I first moved to Reading and I was impressed with their professionalism and fairness to tenants. When I was looking for an agent to manage a Buy-to-Let property a couple of years later they were the obvious choice. They are extremely professional and look after my property excellently. I only really deal with Mark Brooker, Sophie Green and Karen Pownall, who are all faultless and efficient.

I have been a landlord with Parkers for 7 years and, to date, they have always managed to find very good tenants for my property, keeping me up to date with the viewings and giving me invaluable feedback from potential customers. They also make sure I am aware of key points of the tenancy, such as the notice period and do their best to make sure the transition between tenants goes as smoothly as possible - arranging for the inventory to be made, for example getting an extra keys cut for my decorator and finding a cleaner at short notice over a bank holiday weekend. I also find them very personable and friendly to deal with and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to manage your property

Initial dealings were frought with difficulties in communication. Their performance was akin to an automated coffee vending machine that leaves you desperate when broken down.It reminds me of the bibical quote " the right hand knoweth not what the left does" in the way they take and pass their messages. One has to go through Tom, Dick & Harry ending up with no one when you want to be in touch with them. Harry, a so called support agent left me down badly but his failure was mostly due to organisational failure. Avoid them if you can. I am writing to the managing director to review their operational systems.
