GoogleRecently I rented a property via Parkers Reading, and I am very satisfied overall with the process of hiring. I especially would like to note about their professionalism, as they appear to keep pace with online technologies especially in these difficult pandemic times. Everything from tenancy application to signing a tenancy contract was done electronically without needing to physically meet or go to their office. After moving to the property we had some issues with which Rebecca Snell has done an incredible job in solving them. Rebecca has always been truly responsive in answering our questions and solving our issues. So, thank you very much Rebecca.

My mother has them too, and does nothing to stop the spread. it was hard to not kiss my children all the time, but they grow up knowing that “when mommy has a lip owie, she can’t kiss.” They give me kisses on my forehead instead and we have extra hugs. Googlenever rent from this agency, every 2nd month they send people to the property for inspection and they film the whole house with a video camera being a tenant you do not have any privacy and at the end of the tenancy they will do everything to keep your deposit not matter in how great condition you left the property they will make up something. many people will agree with my experience!!!!

GoogleFrustrated as I was told over the call by Sam R that the washing machine at the property also had dryer after which I confirmed. Later he conveniently forgot and I am stuck with drying laundry at home resulting in bad living experience.

GoogleI had sold my investment properties they maintained for me, Parkers gave me the correct advise on the market rate for Sale value and found Buyer very quickly. I would recommend Parkers for both Buy to Let Maintenance and in Selling the houses

I have recently relocated from Devon to Reading. Parker’s have been absolutely brilliant and incredibly patient with the fact I’ve not been as available as I would have had I been local. Everyone I spoke to within the agency were really accommodating of this and helped me to no end.I now have a beautiful house that is looked after to a very high spec. I could not recommend this agency enough to all tenants and especially landlords looking for an agency to maintain their property to the highest standard.

Rubby and Katy are excellent.There is only one lady that always when I calling make me feel with unrespect as a customer and kid of rude... Any time and never helped me solve a problem so I have to call again but luckily I had Katy or other lady te asking my phon call,(so sad I can remember her name) they always help to solve every case. I m not from England thats why I think my accent make that one lady irritate by me but Katy and Rebbeca are always Profesional and polite and helpful!!Please pass my thanks to them Even if I find not nice experience with parkers they always make me feel much better with provided customer service.
