GoogleJust when I thought I'd come across a good estate agent, turns out they are one of the same spoilt bunch of estate agents who are only interested in milking people out of their hard earned money. How do you explain letting out a property just one day after rejecting us? Well, that's because they had accepted 2 holding deposits which is against the law. Sad part is they will not accept their mistake so I will be taking this issue further so many other vulnerable people out there are aware of how bad they are.

Parkers over saw the sale of our flat in Reading. The purchaser pulled out, as advised by his solicitor. Due to cladding issues raised in the light of Grenfell tragedy. The block of flats being brick/block construction and not over four storeys. Damian spoke to the purchaser and explained the traditional construction and called in a favour for an expert to review the information and confirmed no cladding. Long and short of it the purchaser instructed a new solicitor and we exchanged contacts yesterday. Excellent service from Parker’s especially Damian. Thank you very much
