We decided to go with Parkers Reading for selling our first home and the service we received from the team was excellent. As we'd never been through the selling process before, they were extremely helpful with providing guidance and advise when required.Almost all the team in Parkers Reading seemed to be aware of the status of our house sale. So if we ever called the office and asked to speak to an individual but they were unavailable, there was always someone else around who could answer our queries.We would highly recommend the Parkers Reading team and we'll be sure to use them for our future house sales.

We have used Parker for 16 years to let our flats out. They have always been reliable, honest, fair and trustworthy. Our flats have always been let. The advice given particularly Mark Brooker has been excellent. Sophie Green and Bekka are both professional, efficient and friendly, a pleasure to do business with. Parkers recently renovated one of our flats and it was hassle free and completed on time taking the stress away from us. Their attitude to business is so refreshing, as they are fair and reasonable with prices, I have always felt like I've had a good deal with Parkers and would recommend them. 100 per cent.

I can't recommend Parkers highly enough. After trying to sell our house through a different agent for months, Parkers found loads of potential buyers within days which led to many offers. When the sale unfortunately fell through, Parkers found a new buyer within 48 hours just before Christmas. Throughout the whole process, we were kept well-informed and Parkers were always quick to answer any queries or do anything to help. In particular, Damien was extremely helpful; he really went above and beyond! We are extremely grateful to him and everyone at Parkers!

This has been a difficult period to market and sell houses. Parkers put the house on the market quickly and efficiently, and I accepted an offer within 10 days. Everything went very quiet for quite a long period and, although I began to phone weekly for updates, Parkers failed to make contact with the buyers solicitors by phone. On a couple of occasions I think information was guessed at. After 12 weeks the buyer pulled out. A second buyer was found immediately, and Parkers made a greater effort in managing the sale. We made a mutual decision after a further couple of months to remarket.The third buyer, and successful sale, has been great! Parkers have made a much better job of keeping in touch and chasing both solicitors.

GoogleExtremely disappointing service. We had a property viewing booked for today, but no one from the agency turned up. We waited over 20 minutes in the heat, calling several times only to be met with excuses. The final one was that the agent had brought the wrong key and then simply left. Completely unprofessional and a waste of our time. Would not recommend.

We secured our 3 bedroom house at Reading through Parkers and Damien Glowacki was the person who handled communications from the offset between the vendor and ourselves. The team that managed our purchase included Jody Dance and Somer Jones who were very helpful, polite, very professional, easy to contact and always willing to help throughout the process. We viewed the property with an Expert Structural Engineer and an expert Builder from different companies who were not available for a single viewing arrangement and Mark was very patient with us during each of our 3 detailed viewings.Parkers team had in-depth patience for us as first-time buyers. After our encounter of excellent, efficient and professional service with Parkers, they have left a memorable mark in our History Books and would highly recommend for anyone who needs their services.

Then tenants they've found have been of good quality and the property has been left void for minimal periods of time during switchovers. They've also been helpful when sourcing tradespeople to undertake work on my behalf.

Totally unprofessional. Did not turn up to viewing after making appointment. Didn't even bother to call. Finally called back 2 days later and got the wrong name and asked how the viewing went. Totally clueless. There are much better estate agents in Reading so I would definitely avoid Parkers.
As discussed, our colleague was delayed due to a major incident at their prior appointment. Due to the nature of the incident, they were unable to call to advise you they would be running behind schedule. Your claim we did not attend is false - we did attend, but arrived approximately 10 minutes later than expected. With respect, I disagree with your comments, but wish you the best with your property search. Mark Brooker, Lettings Director

GoogleParkers Estate Agency is good in terms of service, committment etc. I wish Parkers should also guide the new tenants moving into the new property ex. how to operate heating systems etc. Tenants come from different part of the world so it becomes necessary for agency to include this in their services too.
