Great experience renting with M&Co. James was lovely when showing me the flat and the team were very efficient and professional. When picking up keys and updating tenancy agreement to add my boyfriend, Anita was really friendly. The welcome pack when picking up the keys was a nice touch too. Thanks guys.

The Reading team are very professional but friendly and I couldn't recommend Martin & Co Reading more. They helped me with finding a property very quickly when I sold my live-in narrowboat, and supported with the search for the next property. I had such a great experience with this company, they care about both tenants and landlords and they are very fair. The system they use for contracts/ referencing etc is all online, so practical, as there is no need to print anything. All very transparent, cannot fault them: they are a great team, businesses are really about the people who work there. I strongly recommend this company.

I recently moved to the UK, renting a property in the UK is quite overwhelming and it was stressing me out. After looking around various properties I was feeling very low and as a last resort approached Martin & Co at Whitley Street, Reading. I explained my situation to them and they helped me out and within a couple of weeks I moved into my first flat in the UK. I appreciate the support and guidance they have provided me throughout the renting process. Thank You for everything.

Beginning with their easy onboarding procedure, which allowed me to cross off every box within a few days since it can interact with all important references and allow the user to gauge the progress, I have had a fantastic client experience. Very professional, but also friendly and helpful. How all estate agents should be! UPDATE POST TENANCY - tried to make us leave at 9am on the last day of our tenancy (by right we could stay the whole day) agreed to leave at 1pm but this meant we rushed the final clean and a lot of items were marked as dusty by the inventory clerk (oven/fridge etc were clean) and we were charged £170 for cleaning
