GoogleDavis Tate just helped in the purchase of my first ever house. The process can be really scary when you’re a solo first time buyer, but all the staff at Davis Tate Reading were so helpful and friendly. In particular, Rebecca Wilkins and Charlie Hill - they were very responsive and proactive throughout the whole experience, which made all the difference. Highly recommend!

GoogleI’m an overseas landlord, I hope Davis Tate will bother to reply to me now I have posted this. Numerous emails ignored. My tenants left with a health/safety issue. I’m not willing to be held vicariously liable for this. Why am I paying you, Davis Tate, when you haven’t got the decency to respond to me trying to fix an issue? You’ve caused me so much distress. Please beware everyone - they might ignore you too.

GoogleDavis Tate Reading managed the sale of our property earlier this May. They quickly found us a buyer with an optimal combination of circumstances and an offer above asking price. To speed up the process of finding a buyer, they even took (amazing) pictures themselves just to get the listing up faster. They also organized a lot of viewings over a short period of time in such a way as to avoid any disruption to my other half's and my working patterns. Davis Tate helped to take a lot of stress out of the overall process of selling our house, through proactivity, expert guidance, and by frequently adding that personal touch! I'd recommend Davis Tate, especially to anyone who is nervous and/or daunted about the overall buying and selling process. The handholding we received really made a difference. Thank you, Davis Tate!

GoogleWe had a super experience purchasing our house through DT. Rebecca a d Phil worked tirelessly to communicate with the sellers and resolve all queries and niggles. As a buyer an A+ experience. GoogleAverage is all I can say. Tried to sell our house through them but failed, partly due to the market conditions but partly because I don't think Davis Tate really know how to close a deal. Did most of the viewings ourselves as they couldn't always get someone to the property, and their Saturday staff know absolutely zero about your property when they turn up. When we did get a bite it firmly felt as though they were on the side of the buyer not the seller. The result? Purchase fell through and Davis Tate simply said 'goodbye'...charming!
