GoogleWhat more can I say, other than 5 stars? My house was marketed for less than a day and a really great professional couple was found and moved in less than a week, What a great service! A big thank you to Suzanne Day, Megan Eighteen and Charlotte Fillie for all your help. Didn’t think renting out a property could be so efficiently done… also at a great price!

GoogleWe had a super experience purchasing our house through DT. Rebecca a d Phil worked tirelessly to communicate with the sellers and resolve all queries and niggles. As a buyer an A+ experience. We felt.reassured purchasing and always had a contact with an open ear and ready advice. Rebecca and Phil are not just professional but personable. DT all around is a classy estate agent. GoogleA thoroughly excellent service by Charlie from start to finish. With local knowledge of the RG4 area, he was able to market our home and secure asking price offers within a matter of days. After providing details of the financial and legal services offered he then kept good lines of communication, not only with ourselves, the Conveyancers but other local estate agents in our chain. At challenging times he gave reassurance and drove the sale through to completion. Charlie has the perfect balance of a friendly but professional manner which makes him really approachable. He provided real value and I would not hesitate to recommend his services or that of Davis Tate.

GoogleTotally positive from start to finish, Charlie and his team kept us informed at all stages, found the right buyer (we bought the house through them 11 years ago) and were the right fit for the type of house we were selling, especially compare to other local 'highly rated' agents. All it was Urvashi Chodnekar, who helped in viewing with her clear explanations and answers to all our doubts and questions, supported in deciding on the right one for us. GoogleHaving experienced the letting agency both as tenant and as landlord, it is a good letting agency, especially given the alternatives in Reading. They support the tenants very well and I'd certainly choose them again if looking for a place to rent. From the landlord's point of view it's a bit more mixed because the experience depends on the department within the agency that you are dealing with.E.g: The quote they provided was substantially lower than what we managed to let a flat for, the fees are reasonable, the communication after the tenancy started is very prompt and easy, they managed to lose some papers and emails at the beginning which indicated internal miscommunication, and they are always willing to go the extra mile to help the tenants.

GoogleI moved to Reading from Northern England away from my family, and have been a tenant for about 1 year and 2 months. Having the professional and friendly support of the team at Davis Tate really made the whole transition far less stressful. I was never waiting for a response to any query due to their quick response times, and they have always been understanding. I thoroughly believe they have my best interests (as a tenant) at heart due to how they behave. In particular, I would like to commend Jane Matthews on her service as my property manager. I have made several requests on small maintenance jobs on my property to Jane, and all have been met in a rapid and professional manner. I would strongly recommend Davis Tate for anyone looking to secure a rental property in Reading!
